Thanks to it, you will be able to conveniently manage contracts and invoices and pay bills quickly and safely.
Additionally - if you have a "tele-sight" - you can use the app to enter meter readings. Then we will immediately give you information about the cost of your consumption.
Thanks to the application you can also:
- view the details of all your contracts;
- view information about upcoming payments and all invoices issued;
- pay quickly and safely for single invoices and basket - directly in the application;
- receive notifications min. about a new invoice or upcoming payment deadline;
- quickly contact TAURON using dedicated hotlines;
- find the nearest customer service point and check information on opening hours and its address;
- if you have the "tele-address" service - you can enter your meter's reading.
To log into the application, all you need to do is enter your username and password from the My Tauron website. If you do not have an account on My Tauron - you can set it up quickly. All you need to do is enter your PESEL number and registration number or payer's number in the application. You can find these numbers on your contract or invoice.
