■ No travel distance – speak to specialists from all over Germany in online doctor consultations, regardless of where you live.
■ From now on, you can no longer sit in crowded waiting rooms and contact your doctor from the comfort of your own home.
■ Receive sick notes directly online – Receive sick notes or certificates of incapacity for work without leaving your home.
■ Pair directly with your practice to share messages and files with your doctor's office before, during and after a video session. Contact your treating doctor at any time via integrated messenger/chat.
■ Completely free – The costs for online doctor appointments are covered by health insurance companies for both legally and privately insured patients, regardless of whether they are Barmer, TK or AOK.
■ E-prescriptions directly to your cell phone – Have your teledoctor prescribe the medications you need. E-prescriptions (ePrescriptions) are transferred directly and securely to your smartphone. Redeem the e-prescriptions in an online pharmacy with just a few clicks or show the medication prescription as a QR code in a local pharmacy.
