Lucky Bank Rules:
The following method explains how to play Lucky Bank
All players start the game with 1,200 pounds from the bank and then players take turns rolling the dice to move on the board according to the value of the dice.
If a player stands in an area that is not owned by another player, he must either buy it or offer it in a public auction to the rest of the players, where the player who pays the value wins it.
If the player stands in an area owned by another player, he pays the rent to the owner of the area.
Club:
Players can participate in the club and pass through it whenever they want without paying fees. However, if the player chooses not to participate in the club or is unable to participate in the club, he must pay the passage fees every turn.
the prison:
If a player goes to prison, he can get out of it either by trying to get an identical pair of dice, paying a 50-pound fine, or using a get-out-of-jail card.
Express bus:
If the player lands on the express bus, he moves in a number of steps equal to twice the value of the dice.
Development:
The player can develop one of his properties only if he owns all the properties that match it in color and benefits from this by increasing the rental price of that area.
Mortgage:
If the player wants to collect money for any purpose, he can mortgage one of his properties to the bank and get half the value of purchasing the area in addition to half the value of the developments on it, and he can release the mortgage again at a later time if he wants to.
The player loses if he is unable to pay his dues to one of the players or the bank, and then all his property goes to the player who owed him or to the bank.
