Objective of the app is to make community living more digital for Greenfield Heights HIG owners and improve accessibility to useful information like bills, payment history, outstanding, service request, feedback sharing and resident directory etc.
I have started with a small set of basic functionality and plan to add gradually as we move forward.

For Owners
1. Check your current Maintenance Outstanding
2. Download your Association Bills
3. Download your BGF Bills prior to 2012
4. Check your payments and receipts
5. Lookup Owner Directory
6. Quick connect with Facility Manager
7. Download Annual Statements - Summary of all Demands and Receipts year wise
8. Check Club House availability calendar
9. Link multiple flats based on ownership
For Committee Members
1. View Maintenance Defaulters
2. Ability to view all approved (pending audit) vouchers
3. Voucher approval workflow with one-click approval/rejection
4. Push notification for all committee members for voucher approval/rejection

This release adds the following functionalities -
For Owners
1. View Audited Income Expense statement for all years
2. View yearwise Collections vs Spends
3. View Quarterly Expenses (unaudited) for current financial year
4. View Annual TDS statement (Traces/Form26AS) year wise
5. Quick call facility to FM Office and Main Gate Security from home page
6. Ability to Call any of the Facility Team like Electrician, Plumber, Housekeeping, Security and FM. Also it will show if they are on/off duty.
7. Virtual Noticeboard - Soft copy of key notices will be available year wise
8. Meeting Minutes - Soft copy of key meeting minutes will be available year wise
9. My Complex Health Metrics - Key dates like last inspection of Lobby/Lift/Street Lights; Lift AMC validity, Last Tank Cleaning Date. Pest control dates, available electric meter balances towerwise etc.
10. Mobile OTP - Now OTP will be sent to registered primary phone as well as primary email.
11. My Neighbour - easy way to find out who stays in a specific flat
For Committee Members
1. Added OTP session validity - last OTP session be valid for 3 minutes
For Non-Owners
1. Ability to register with the app. Now Electricians, Plumbers, FM etc. can also register and use the app for their respective responsibilities
For Electricians
1. Ability to digitally capture daily meter balances across towers and other meter installations
