The Flags of the World Quiz has changed into the Geography Quiz, offering many new categories and levels. The four main game modes are: FLAGS, MAPS, COATS OF ARMS and CAPITALS. Our app is completely free and the only one where the player guesses the countries based on the flag, map and coat of arms. The player can also guess the name of the capital city when the name of the country and a photograph of a city is displayed on the screen.
The national flag is the main symbol of every country. Not only independent states, but also dependent territories and countries not recognised on the international arena have their flags. The flags of Romania and Chad differ only in colour shades, while the flag of Switzerland is a red square with a white Greek cross in the middle. Do you remember what the flag of Jamaica looks like? Thanks to our educational game, you can learn the flags of the world every day, wherever you are. When you guess the flag, a table will be displayed at the bottom of the screen with information such as the official name of the state, its capital city, official language, currency and population. There will also be a button giving access to even more information.
Maps of countries indicate their geographic location. Turkey is located in two continents: Europe and Asia. The world’s smallest country is Vatican City, and the smallest continent is Australia. Do you know where Egypt is? Maps of the World is the category that will make you familiar with the location of all countries, their neighbours, and even their area. In our game, you will find maps of countries from six continents: Europe, Asia, Africa, North America, South America and Australia.
Emblems or coats of arms of states come in a wide range of shapes and colours. National emblems often contain the image of an eagle, and the colour of the background refers to the flag of the country. Have you ever seen the coat of arms of Argentina?
Some states are also their capitals. these are known as city states, like Monaco or Singapore. How well do you know capital cities of the states of the world? The capital city of United Kingdom is London and the capital city of Ukraine is Kyiv, but do you know all capitals of Europe?
