Special Draw Tickets are used in the Rate Up Banner, which allows you to pull for various Hunters and Weapons.
The featured Hunter or Weapon has a higher chance of being pulled in the Rate Up Banners compared to the Selection Draw Banner, and like Selection Draw Tickets, Special Draw Tickets can be bought for 250 Essence Stones each.
Listed below are all the methods you can use to get Special Draw Tickets in Solo Leveling Arise, aside from buying them with Essence Stones or via in-app purchases.

Make sure to always play this Game Mode whenever you power up your best Hunters or equipment and clear as many floors as you can!

You can also get Special Draw Tickets as Achievement Rewards whenever you accomplish certain milestones in Solo Leveling: Arise.
