Peroxide is an action RPG and fighting game that brings together the popular Shinigami anime and manga “Bleach” into the world of Roblox.
The game mechanics revolve around the anime in every sense; from character customization and progression to discovering new skills and weapons, players get to experience the Bleach world first-hand.
While it is a Roblox game, players require a decent understanding of how the Bleach world works and how they can progress seamlessly through the game.
Here’s a friendly beginner’s guide to Peroxide Day 1 that focuses on all the basics and metrics to get you started on Peroxide:
Peroxide – Basics and Controls
To understand the rules and game mechanics, you can click the 5th button in the upper left corner, which will open a game manual. This game manual will have all the related information related to controls and combat alike.

Other than that, there are four races in Bleach (more about them later on). These are:
- Soul Reaper
- Hollow
- Fullbringer
- Quincy
Upon clicking the game manual, there will be buttons for Controls, Combat, Skills, and so on. Here’s a quick list of the controls that will make Peroxide Day 1 easier for beginners:
- E or Right D-Pad to draw a weapon.
- Left Mouse or X for light attack.
- R, Right Mouse click, or B for heavy attack.
- F or LT to guard.
- Guard + Right Mouse or Guard + B to push counter (in case you get hit).
- Q or Y to dash (under 10 Agility or when Reiatsu is depleted).
- Q or RB for Flashstep (dash turns into Flashstep when you have 10 Agility).
- Flashstep + Heavy Attack to do an uppercut.
- V or Up D-Pad to carry (dash isn’t possible while carrying).
- B or Down D-Pad to grip/execute.
- N or Left D-Pad for Spirit Realm or Skill Bind Menu.
- G or LS to transform (It varies for every race, but transforming allows you to use transformation skills, e.g. Shikai, Schrift).
- = to drop an item (when the item appears on the ground as a black sphere with the name above it, you have to hold out the item you want to drop).

Peroxide – PE and Codes
After clicking on the 6th option on the top-left side, a list of different products is shown that can be bought for Robux. However, you can get these for free by spending PE (Product Essences) and Codes.

PEs can be obtained by invasions in the game. Codes give players 15, 30, or even 50 PEs every now and then. These things make the game more F2P (free-to-play) friendly, as players don’t have to spend to win the game.
Levels & Stats
Press M to see the level and stats tab. This tab will contain your Combat stats, Support stats, as well as your Potential.

Combat stats and support stats each have their own max stat cap. In the beginning, you’ll be F-rank. In order to go from F to D, you’ll have to max out your Combat and Support stats for that rank, and so on for the next ranks (the highest rank is S-Rank).
Limitbreak
To know that you have maxed a combat or support stat, there will be a limitbreak visible to you. In order to level up the rank, you’ll have to Limitbreak, and to Limitbreak, you’ll have to fight NPCs, and the best way to Limitbreak is through invasions.

Players eager to progress well on Peroxide Day 1 will find the following detailed explanation useful:
Combat Stats
Combat stats have a max stat cap of 490. These include Strength, Vitality, and Spirit. The addition of these three stats is the max stat cap. So you can put any number in the three stats as long as the total remains 490.
Support Stats
Support stats have a max stat cap of 308. These include Reiatsu and Agility (speed). Any number of these two stats can be used as long as the total remains 308 (e.g. 154 + 154).
How to Become the Soul Reaper in Peroxide
Once you spawn in the game, you’ll be a human. You’ll have to die once to be able to become a Soul Reaper. To become a Soul Reaper, visit Urahara Kisuke.

You’ll have a Soul Wayfinder in your inventory. Use that to find Urahars Kisuke’s shop or by Bus Station. Upon finding him, talk to him and click on, ”I want to become a Soul Reaper.”
How to Level up Stats
Leveling up stats is a necessity for beginners in Peroxide. Outside Urahara Kisuke’s shop, you’ll see Quest boards. These quests aren’t too difficult, and upon completion, give money and XP as rewards.
However, you can tweak it up a bit to level up your stats. There will be an NPC named Herupā outside Urahara Kisuke’s shop.
Talk to him and attune the stats you want to level up. After that, you’ll see that the quests turn blue, and there are blue sparks on your avatar too. This way, you can level up your stats by completing quests.
Soul Society DOJO
Another way to level up your stats is by going to DOJO and leveling up your stats by training there. You can level up to 30 stats in DOJO, but after that, it starts giving you stars.
The more stars you have for a stat, the more multipliers you will get for it. The DOJO in Karakura town (where you spawn) only gives a maximum of 3 stars (a maximum of 5 stars can be obtained for a stat). However, the DOJO in Soul Society gives 5 stars, but it’s a bit costly too.
Shikai in Peroxide
Once you get to level 15, you can then start working on your Shikai. To get Shikai, press N to start meditating. You’ll be told to clear certain quests, like killing a rogue Shinigami, etc., to collect orbs.

Once you have the required number of orbs, you can fight with your Shikai and beat it by mediating, and you’ll get your Shikai.
Skills in Peroxide
After every three levels, you get to pick a skill. This skill is either based on your clan; it could be a spirit skill or a strength skill as well.

You can gain mastery of a skill as well by picking it again after levels. Upgrading the skills will lower their cooldown and increase other skill stats like damage, support, etc.
Soul Reaper Invasions
For this, you’ll have to visit the Soul Society and talk to the NPC called Captain Tojo. Click on “I’ll go on an invasion” and then select your level of difficulty.

Bankai in Peroxide
There are two requirements that need to be fulfilled to get Bankai:
- Be level 85 (or higher)
- Have 420 points
Points can be obtained by doing Time gates, killing storm Arrancars or fighting bosses in Peroxide.
Leveling-up in Peroxide
The best method for increasing the base level is by looking out for Storm Arrancar events. In these events, Storm Arrancars appear, and killing a Storm Arrancar can give you about 1 or even 2 levels sometimes.

You just have to deal about 20% damage to a Storm Arrancar to take credit for a kill. Fighting Storm Arrancars is a great way to boost progression for your Soul Reaper’s stats as well as level.
Time Gates in Peroxide
Time gates spawn at different places in Peroxide. These are blackish holes in which 6 people from random servers are taken into a lobby to choose which kind of battle they’d like.

So, it’s a battle of 3 teams, each having 6 members chosen completely at random; in short, a 6v6v6 battle.
Winning time gates battles is a great method for leveling up stats since its rewards are hefty.
How to Become a Hollow in Peroxide
Becoming a Hollow is just as easy as becoming a Soul Reaper. You must first die, then, as a spirit, pull out your chain of fate and press it consecutively five times by spamming your G key or the button showing an avatar with an aura if you’re on a mobile device.

Once you’ve pulled your chain, you’ll be transformed into a normal, yellow-eyed Hollow. You’ll then be able to warp to Hueco Mundo, where Hollow NPCs will be available, thus making it easier to level up as a Hollow.
Leveling Up As a Hollow
Now that you’re a hollow, you’ll want to start by hunting other Hollows. This will both make you stronger Many Hollows in the Hueco Mundo are AI-controlled, but a few could be players as well.

You can kill Hollows and then eat the smoking, flaming bits that drop to the ground when Hollows die to gain experience and unlock new Hollow capabilities.
Becoming Red-Eyed Hollow
After level 20, to become a red-eyed Hollow, look for any other Hollow with red eyes and defeat them. This will give you red eyes.
Defeat another red-eyed Hollow after that to evolve into the second stage of progression as a Hollow and become a Menos. Be careful not to die as a Menos, or else you’ll lose your red eyes and have to repeat the process.
To progress further as a Menos, you’ll have to defeat 30 Hollows and stay alive for 30 minutes. Once both conditions are fulfilled, you evolve into an Adjuchas.

To advance further, you’ll need 1,700 points to reach Vasto Lorde level. The best way to become one is by making a cycle on a server that has less than 10 people from the cave (1 Vasto Lorde) to the gourge (2 Vasto Lorde) in Heuco Mundo.
After level 65, you’ll be able to defeat a Vasto Lorde and become a Vastocar.

Resurrection in Peroxide
Once you have become a Vastocar, your resurrection will be unlocked, and you’ll be able to use it by spamming G.

After that, you’ll get the Soul Wayfinder. Use it to find the purple triangle where there will be an NPC who’ll give you invasions just like Soul Society.
Res Weapon
You can find your best-suited res weapon by heading to the Menos Forest, and there you can choose which res weapon you like.

Soul Gourd
Find the Soul Gourd at the same place where the purple triangle was. Buy the Soul Gourd because it will help you get more XP from invasions and defeat all sorts of Hollows.
Ken
You can fight Ken, just like Urahara, and upon defeating him, you’ll get 5 stars in any of your stats. Urahara gives 3 stars.

Segunda Etapa
To get the Segunda Etapa, you need to be over level 85 and have 420 points. After that, you’ll be eligible to fight the Hollow Prince and will have to beat him at his own game.
This battle is significantly longer and has 6 phases in which different criteria should be met for the battle to progress.

How to Become a Quincy in Peroxide
Like other races, becoming a Quincy is just that easy. You’ll first have to talk to the NPC, Gunther. You can find him in the parking lot by carefully looking around and spotting a bluish star ‘*’ sign by using Reiatsu Tracker.

Follow it, and you’ll meet Gunther. Talk to him, and he’ll make you a Quincy.
Quincy Invasion
After becoming a Quincy, keep on doing quests and level up until level 15.

After that, head to Vanden, where the main castle is where the NPC who sends you to Invasions is located.
Schrift in Peroxide
After you are level 15, take a Bounty Medallion and talk to Yhwach, who will give you a quest for a Bounty. Complete the quest and come back to Yhwach.

There is ⅓ a chance that Yhwach will give you your Schrift, and if he says, “Pathetic,” you’ll have to do it over again.
Schrift Weapon
After you have your Schrift, charge your bar up to 20% and spam G, and you’ll get your Schrift Weapon like Resurrection or Shikai, but if you don’t want your bar to lose charge, you’ll have to get to Rank B.

You can talk to Johan, an NPC in Vanden, to change your Schrift Weapon like claws, revolvers, etc.
Quincy DOJO
On the way to Yhwach, turn right, and you’ll find the Quincy DOJO as well as Barbiette, whom you can fight just like Ken and Urahara to obtain 5 stars.
Vollstandig
To get your Vollstandig, you’ll have to be level 85+ and have 420 points, and then you’ll have to prove yourself to the King of Quincies, Yhwach, by defeating one of his minions.

It has 3 phases. In the first one, you’ll have to face Yhwach with only heavy attacks; in the second one, you can use your Schrift and weapon; and in the third one, you just have to bring his HP down to zero.
Cybernetics
These are Quincy exclusive body modifiers, giving two extra abilities to their wielders. To make progress on Peroxide Day 1, you should learn about:

Ranked Modes in Peroxide
These are 1v1, 2v2, 3v3, 4v4, or 5v5 Peroxide battles in which players can achieve mighty rewards, but most of them are all cosmetics.
