Now, the disclaimer – our Project Mugetsu Shikai Tier List is like a piece of art. It’s subjective and may shift with game updates. It’s rooted in our experiences and opinions, not the gospel truth.

Enough chit-chat; let’s dive right in!

S-Tier Shikai: The Best of the Best

Get ready for the creme de la creme of Shikai in Project Mugetsu Roblox! These are the ones you’ll want to keep, and our first superstar is:

Ryujin Jakka Shikai

Project Mugetsu - S-Tier

Move 1 – Zanpakuto Evolution Level at least 0. Flames deal 38.5 damage and sizzle for 5 seconds. Can’t break guards, 10-second cooldown.

Move 2 – Zanpakuto Evolution Level at least 10. Close in, fiery punch, 42 damage, 5-second blaze. Extends combos, guard breaks, and 15-second cooldown.

Move 3 – Zanpakuto Evolution Level at least 20. Fiery pillars, 12.5 damage multiple times. Guard-breaks, 15-second cooldown.

Move 4 – Zanpakuto Evolution Level at least 35. Slam, 69.5 damage, 30-second burn (2 damage per second). Guard-breaks, 30-second cooldown.

Ryujin Jakka’s S-Tier thanks to its high damage, crowd control, burning, and guard-breaking. Dominate the battlefield and awe your opponents!

A-Tier Shikai: Top Choice

These are top-notch, and you’ll want one. S-Tier Shikai is as rare as a unicorn, so these are your go-to options:

Kamishini Shikai

Project Mugetsu - A-Tier

Move 1 – Butorenjin: Requires Zanpakuto Evolution Level 0. Flames deal 38.5 damage and burn for 5 seconds (1 damage per second). No guard breaks, with a 10-second cooldown.

Move 2 – Senbujin: Needs Zanpakuto Evolution Level 10*. It’s a fiery punch, 42 damage, 5-second fire. Combos and guard breaks, but a 15-second cooldown.

Move 3 – Shunsogeki: At Zanpakuto Evolution Level 20, summon flaming pillars, 12.5 damage multiple hits. Guard breaks, 15-second cooldown.

Move 4 – Shoot ’em’ Dead: Zanpakuto Evolution Level 35. Ground slam, 69.5 damage, 30-second burn (2 damage per second). Guard breaks, 30-second cooldown.

Kamishini earns its A-Tier rank for flexibility in various battles.

Senbonzakura Shikai

Project Mugetsu - A-Tier 2

Move 1 – Senbonzakura: Unleash this at Zanpakuto Evolution Level 0. It sends blade fragments at your opponent but can’t break guards. The cooldown is 20 seconds.

Move 2 – Vibrant Bloom: Requires Zanpakuto Evolution Level 10. Shoot fragments as projectiles three times in a row. Can’t break guards and has a 15-second cooldown.

Move 3 – Scattering Spiral: Available at Zanpakuto Evolution Level 20. Transform into fragments, move swiftly, and strike. Press M1 to get up.

Move 4 – Blossoming Petals: Needs Zanpakuto Evolution Level 35. Fragments float, spin around opponents, and slice from multiple angles. Can break guards, but has a 120-second cooldown.

Senbonzakura’s A-Tier status comes from its range, mobility, and guard-breaking capabilities, making it a versatile addition to your arsenal.

B-Tier Shikai: Solid

B-Tier Shikai is dependable, but you might think about leveling up later on.

Hyorinmaru Shikai

Project Mugetsu - B-Tier

Move 1 – Ice Spikes: Use it with Zanpakuto Evolution Level 0. Summon icy spikes from below, and aim with the cursor, but can’t break guards.

Move 2 – Ice Traps: Available with Zanpakuto Evolution Level 0. Lay down snowflake-shaped ice traps. Anyone touching a snowflake triggers an ice spike. It can’t break guards.

Move 3 – Ice Clone: Requires Zanpakuto Evolution Level 20. Create an ice clone for evasive moves, usable while stunned.

Move 4 – Ice Eruption: Unleash it with Zanpakuto Evolution Level 35. Slam the ground, freezing those hit, and can break blocks.

Hyorinmaru offers crowd control and defense, but its early-game lack of offense and guard-breaking keeps it in the B-Tier.

C-Tier Shikai: Decent

C-Tier Shikai is decent but worth upgrading when you can.

Zangetsu Shikai

Project Mugetsu - C-Tier

Photo: Osiris Productions

Move 1 – Engetsuzan: Use it with Zanpakuto Evolution Level 0. Dash forward, swing Zangetsu, and launch the opponent into the air. This can break guards with a 12-second cooldown.

Move 2 – Getsuga Burst: Unlock it at Zanpakuto Evolution Level 10. Slam the ground, creating a massive area of effect (AOE) attack that damages and knocks back opponents. It can break guards with a 20-second cooldown.

Move 3 – Tenbu Renjin: Perform a series of quick slashes, dealing random damage to nearby opponents and deflecting projectiles. It can’t break guards and has a 25-second cooldown.

Move 4 – Getsuga Tensho: Use it with Zanpakuto Evolution Level 35. Perform a downward swing, releasing a crescent-shaped wave of blue energy toward the opponent. It can break guards with a 40-second cooldown.

Despite some guard-breaking potential and a mix of offense and defense, Zangetsu’s moves lack the cohesiveness and power of higher-tier Shikai. It’s a C-Tier Shikai, and you should plan to upgrade when possible!
