There are a variety of toppings to choose from, and it can get confusing as to which topping to apply that makes the ultimate fight worth it. For Moonlight Cookie, I would recommend using 5x Solid Almond Toppings.
Solid Almond Toppings increase damage resist buff, which ensures Moonlight Cookie’s durability in any given fight. Resisting damage enables your cookies to survive longer, allowing them to deal more damage.

If you are unable to obtain Solid Almond Toppings, my second suggestion would be 5x Swift Chocolate Toppings.
Swift Chocolate Toppings reduce the cooldown timer on skills, which means Moonlight Cookie will be able to use her skill faster than your average cookie.
If you are facing a boss, this could be the ultimate playing card! Having a faster cooldown means your damage is increased at the end of the fight.

Note: Don’t forget to upgrade your toppings, having level 12 toppings increase the skills of the toppings.
As much as in any other game, obtaining legendary items or characters is hard to do. I have found a few ways that would hopefully make it easier for you to obtain her faster than I did.
Tips on obtaining Moonlight Cookie:
There are a few ways that can help you find Moonlight Cookie faster. One of them is to use cookie cutters in the gacha.
Moonlight Cookie sometimes appears in there, so saving a few cookie cutters would be a good idea. You can either find her or find her soul stones instead. When you have 20 soul stones, you will be able to find Moonlight Cookie.
My best piece of advice is that you join a guild as soon as you can. Cookie soul stones are available to purchase using trophies obtained through guild fights.

Moonlight Cookie soul stones are sometimes available here as well. You will need to craft items to trade with the boat in order to obtain the necessary currency.
