As with any crafting mechanic, materials will need to be gathered and consumed during the process. Although many common resources, such as Grass, are abundant everywhere you go, Fire Lilies are scarcer to find.

Where To Find Fire Lilies

Unlike Iron or Copper (obviously found on rocks or inside caves), there isn’t any real indicator of where Fire Lilies will spawn. Luckily, there is an area close to the starting location (Unnamed Village) where all three flowers (Blue Lilies, Fire Lilies, and Mana Flowers) regularly appear!
Follow these steps to reach the spot:

At the Unnamed Village, spawn at the location in front of the Wolf Quest NPC. If you spawn somewhere else, just walk around town towards the other spawning points to find him.

From the spawning point, walk a couple of steps ahead, and then look back. Travel along the path on the left, towards the small flight of stairs.

Upon reaching the stairs, jump towards the upper grounds and continue following the direction.

There will be more elevated grounds to cover, so continue moving forward in the same direction.

You’ll reach the exact spot once you find a large stone formation on your left. Here, all three flowers spawn randomly every few minutes, so collect whatever you find and let them respawn until a Fire Lily appears!

Linger around the area or respawn to repeat the whole process until you’ve collected as many Fire Lilies as you want.
